Birdies for Juniors Campaign Winding Down at Pebble Beach

The “Birdies for Juniors” campaign spearheaded by Parker McLachlin and his longtime sponsor Waikoloa Beach Resort is nearing its conclusion with two events remaining, this week’s AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am and the Waste Management Phoenix Open (Feb. 25-28).

So far, McLachlin has carded 21 birdies in his first three events, totaling $2,100 for the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association ($50 per birdie donated by McLachlin and matched by Waikoloa Beach Resort). Fans and organization are encouraged to join McLachlin and Waikoloa Beach Resort in supporting the HSJGA and may visit http://www.hsjga.org/ to pledge donations.

At this week’s AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, McLachlin is paired with Ryuji Imada and their celebrity / amateur partners. McLachlin’s partner for the week is Jim Rohr, Chairman and CEO of PNC bank, another longtime partner of McLachlin’s. The group will tee off on Thursday at 9:50 am PST off the 10th tee at Spyglass Hill Golf Club.
